Baystate Health Outpatient Clinic and Wellness Center

Location: Belchertown, MA

After working closely with Baystate Health, the Baystate Physician’s Organization and Mary Lane Hospital to determine building access and needs, Dietz & Company Architects performed a Department of Public Health (DPH) review. Schematic design, development and preparation of construction documents followed. The renovated facility totals 8,000 square feet, accommodating a new DPH licensed imaging suite and blood drawing laboratory. The facility upgrade also included an expanded parking area.
