Easthampton Savings Bank – Main Branch

Location: Easthampton, MA

The renovation of the main branch of the Easthampton Savings Bank involved 21,000 sf of office space on two floors of the bank. The renovation consisted of new office and meeting space as well as open office areas for all bank departments. The main lobby was also renovated with new finishes, millwork and head teller station.

Exterior improvements included replacement of all windows and curtain wall, repair and re-pointing of the existing masonry and installation of thru wall flashings and sealants to address leaks. A new roof membrane and additional roof insulation were installed as well as new mechanical equipment. The improvements to the exterior envelope will result in a significantly more energy-efficient building. Alterations to the exterior walks and curb cuts and the installation of automatic door operators make the building more accessible to the public.
