We're invested in our staff.

Since we opened our doors in 1985, we've worked to provide an environment that's both challenging and nurturing—one that enables staff to continually learn and apply what they've discovered.

We fully appreciate the importance of individuals making their mark on this company. Because we believe in a team approach, we value and use ideas from all staff members, from senior architect to newly hired draftsperson. As a 100% employee-owned company, we are dedicated to the growth and careers of our employees. We encourage everyone to reach their highest potential and have the systems in place to make that happen. For one thing, we offer an annual education allowance to enable employees to pursue specific areas of interest: their own. Whether it’s a study of sixteenth-century architecture or training in Japanese landscaping, education enriches their lives, and therefore their work.

We celebrate the diversity in our staff, our clients, and the end-users of our designs. To that end, we believe that every person deserves an equal place and opportunity in our society and aim to make our firm a reflection of the increasingly diverse community that we serve. By building an inclusive and diverse team, our clients get projects designed with passion, creativity, and a deeper human connection.
