  • EMPLOYEE STOCK OWNERSHIP PLAN

    We are proud to be an Employee-Owned Company! After 1 year of employment, you will begin earning shares in the company!

    A healthy work-life balance is important. Employees are offered a generous amount of paid time off, which you will begin accruing immediately upon employment.

  • LICENSING & AIA MEMBERSHIP

    So… you just became an Architect and now there are all these annual fees! Don’t worry, the company will pay for both your AIA membership dues and your license renewal fees.

  • EDUCATIONAL ALLOWANCE

    We invest in the professional growth of our staff! Each year, employees are allotted $500 which can be used for any education purpose related to their professional growth.

  • COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT

    We strongly believe in giving back to the communities that we serve, and we encourage our employees to participate. Each year, employees are allocated 5 paid hours to volunteer and engage with the community.

  • PROFIT DISTRIBUTION

    When the company does well, you do well! After 9 months of employment, employees are eligible for quarterly profit distributions. These are based on the profitability of the company. Make an extra 401(k) contribution or take the cash. Your choice!

  • MEDICAL & DENTAL INSURANCE

    On your first day at Dietz, you will be immediately enrolled into our Health and Dental Insurance plan, a portion of each is paid by the company. Already have coverage? No worries! You will receive a bi-weekly stipend instead.

  • DISABILITY & LIFE INSURANCE

    We cover our employees with fully paid Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance, as well as up to $50,000 in Term Life Insurance.

  • 401(k) RETIREMENT PLAN

    After 1 month of employment, employees are eligible to
    enroll in a traditional tax-deferred or Roth 401(k) plan, or a
    combination of both! This is in addition to the retirement
    benefit you will be earning as part of the ESOP.

  • 401(k) SAFE HARBOR CONTRIBUTION

    After 1 year of employment, the company will begin
    contributing 3% of your income to your 401(k) plan.
    This contribution is guaranteed (safe) and will never be forfeited.
