Roosevelt Towers – Low Rise Modernization

Location: Cambridge , MA

Feasibility, study and design services for 112 affordable family apartments in four low-rise buildings. Renovations included energy and ventilation upgrades, envelope and roofing improvements and repairs, new windows, and renovated apartment interiors and community and exterior spaces. New kitchens and bathrooms in all units. Project will pursue Enterprise Green Communities Criteria Certification.
