Linden Street Apartments

Location:  Pittsfield, MA

Sited within the Downtown Creative District, this new development will bring 47 new units of affordable housing to Pittsfield. The 1.89 acre lot will be developed to renovate the existing historic building into apartments and provide two new multi-family townhouse buildings, one new three-story multi-family residential building — both being designed to achieve passive house design standards. The exterior of the existing historic building will be restored and maintain its historic charm.
