Bentley Apartments

Location:  Great Barrington, MA

This project provides 45 new units of supportive housing for families. The 2.5 acre site is located on a portion of the former New England Log Homes property in Great Barrington. 12 one-bedroom, 22 two-bedroom and 11 three-bedroom units are included in two separate three story buildings. The new Regency style buildings are wood framed, hipped roof structures, with individual balconies for each apartment. The complex  features grand views of the nearby Housatonic river, and includes a residents’ community room, and central laundry room. The site amenities include outdoor gathering space for the residents with links to the River Walk, Memorial Park, the Berkshire Co-Op market and downtown Great Barrington.
