This 41 unit project located on a former Station mill site abutting the Hoosac river includes three new craftsman style townhouse buildings and the renovation of an existing four story concrete framed mill structure, all four buildings are designed for supportive housing. The new townhouses are wood framed and consist of three separate 5-8 unit buildings. The existing concrete framed four story mill building contains 22, 1 and 2 bedroom units, a community room, laundry facilities and management office.  The project features 4 barrier free housing units and 3 CBH accessible units. The amenities include an outdoor gathering space for the residents and links to walking trails.
