Church Street Senior Housing

Location: Ware, MA

The former Church Street School in Ware has been beautifully renovated to provide 29 housing units for the elderly and disabled. Prior to this complete renovation, the historic Church Street School consisted of two brick buildings and a 1950’s gymnasium addition that connected the two structures. During renovation, the gymnasium was demolished and a new connector building was designed to combine the two disparate buildings into a cohesive housing complex that totals 40,568 square feet.
