College Hall, Smith College

Location: Northampton, MA

This renovation included re-programming the traffic flow in a 32,000 square foot building that was built in 1875 and originally housed the entire Smith College campus. The project called for renovating existing offices and carving additional ones out of available space to house 14 departments. It also included building-wide mechanical, fire alarm, sprinkler, electrical and accessibility upgrades.
