Green Acres Community Center

This exciting new community center for the Fitchburg Housing Authority (FHA) will be a much needed resource to their Green Acres Village multi-family and Canton Valley senior housing developments offering opportunities to gather, connect, and access community services.

The new building will be all electric and include a community room, before and after school care, a classroom for community education, offices for community services and healthcare outreach, FHA’s main offices, and even a micro-branch of the Fitchburg Public Library! The surrounding landscape will include a playground, teen gathering space, half-court basketball, a walking path, and a veterans’ memorial.
