Location:  Ludlow, MA

Greenstead Grove is a new 43-unit multifamily housing development located in Ludlow, MA. The development will consist of 7 townhouse style buildings and a new community building. The energy efficient design meets the standards of the Energy Star Multi-Family New Construction Program and is PV ready in order to achieve a high level of independence from non-renewable energy sources. Construction is expected to start early 2024 and be completed in early 2025.
