Location: Brighton, MA

209 affordable elderly apartments in two mid-rise buildings. Renovations include energy and ventilation upgrades, envelope and roofing improvements and repairs, new windows, and renovated apartment interiors, common spaces, and adult day health area. Renovations also included sitework and exterior landscaping.

This project achieved Enterprise Green Communities Certification meaning that it is designed to be affordable, promote health, conserve energy and natural resources, and provide easy access to jobs, schools, and services.
