Park West Apartments

Location: Vernon, CT

The Park West Apartment renovation project consisted of interior and exterior architectural and mechanical renovations to 13 buildings containing 190 one, two and three bedroom townhouse units. 14 existing apartment units were completely renovated and converted to fully accessible apartments. A new 2,800 square foot Community Building, with office, computer and multi-purpose space was constructed on the site. The project scope of work also included major site and civil engineering site work.
