ROAR! Comedy Club

This project involved the envelope restoration of the historic 1898 Springfield Armory which houses ROAR! Comedy Club. Work included masonry reconstruction, repointing and cleaning of the historic façade, restoration of historic brownstone signage and building elements, custom historic replacement windows, and new roofing and copper flashing.
