Location:  Agawam, MA

New construction of ten, two-story wood framed structures designed for 62 mixed-income family housing units and a one-story, wood framed Community Center building. This $16 million development is comprised of quaint, rowhouse-type buildings that accommodate one, two- and three-bedroom units. The buildings are organized around an oval access drive and look inward to a central park-like landscape that encourages activity and interaction among the residents.
