Sergeant House

Location: Northampton, MA

This project includes renovation of the original three story front building from the early 1800s in the historic district of bridge street Northampton. Demolition of an existing two-story addition and adding a new energy efficient three-story addition, elevator and common area with a deck for gathering. The building contains 31 units of enhanced single room occupancy units (sro’s) for the community.
