Over the years, Dietz & Company Architects has worked on numerous studies, renovations, and repair projects at Springfield Technical Community College. STCC’s Memorandum of Understanding with the National Park Services has required a detailed understanding and careful application of the Secretary of the Interiors’ Standards for Rehabilitation to the campus buildings in order to retain their historic character.
