Springfield Technical Community College’s School of Health and Patient Simulation is being relocated and transformed into a state-of-the-art healthcare education facility that supports hands-on learning, advanced simulation, and interdisciplinary collaboration. In partnership with Lavallee Brensinger Architects, Dietz & Company Architects is providing architectural services for the renovation and relocation of the program, creating flexible spaces that prepare students for careers in the evolving healthcare field.

The new facility will feature a comprehensive simulation center, classrooms, labs, innovation spaces, and a public-facing clinic supporting occupational therapy, physical therapy, and dental services. The project will bring together multiple health sciences programs in a dynamic environment designed to enhance education, training, and patient care.
