The Orchard at Cold Spring Commons

Location: Belchertown, MA

This project produced 14 units of affordable housing in seven duplex buildings for first-time homebuyers. Each unit is designed to project its own unique personality, while maintaining strong connections through their basic farmhouse-style designs. Together, each of the two attached units work to form a building scaled to the size of a single-family home.
