Dietz & Company Architects, Inc. has been designated by AIA New England as a 2021 Emerging Professional (EP) Friendly Firm. This program recognizes architecture firms that promote the advancement of Emerging Professionals through professional development and personal growth opportunities.

Amongst the ways that Dietz & Company supports our emerging professionals are what we call Architect’s Office Hours (AOH) and Design Chats. AOH are regularly scheduled structured discussions during which senior staff address questions on topics submitted by junior staff. Covered topics have included ARE Exams, contracts, proposal process, and building codes. Design chats are more relaxed discussions about architectural design concepts or design charettes.
