Dietz & Company Architects was chosen as the winning designer in a competition to design a six-story upscale condominium project to be situated in downtown Northampton, MA. The criteria for a successful design included energy efficiency, comfort, nice views, and had to be affordable to the developer. The Dietz team worked to create a welcoming oasis that would provide great amenities, and an elegant, artisan inspired design for downtown living. The design entered into the competition was completed in just three weeks.
